The Best High-Street Hair Care Products Under £15 in 2019

1. L’Oreal Paris Botanicals Arnica

This brand new arnica range from Loriel Paris is excellent for dry and damaged hair. Arnica is well known for making stubborn sports bruises disappear faster (ask any women’s rugby team!), but it can also be excellent for your hair, plus it smells lovely! You can buy shampoo and conditioner in this range (both are available on Amazon)

2. TRESemme Heat Defence Spray

If you use heat products on your hair (from a hairdryer to straighteners), you absolutely need a heat defence spray in your life! TRESemme offers the best heat defence spray in the UK – the spray is really fine so your hair doesn’t feel tacky after application. Spray onto your hair after a shower, but before you apply any heat product.

3. OGX ExtraTea Tree Shampoo

The teatree smell can be a bit of a hit or miss, but this Extra Teatree hair care range from OGX is great for scalp build up. If you’ve been using lots of products on your hair, this shampoo and conditioner will really clean your scalp. Great for a Sunday hair wash after going out on a Saturday night!

4. Biolarge Coconut Infusion Spray

At just under £15, the Biolarge Coconut Infusion Spray is the most expensive of the lot, but it’s also the best product on this list! This hair moisturiser is a great all rounder – perfect for dry ends, or if your hair just looks like it needs a bit of love! Again, this isn’t a sticky product so your hair won’t feel oily after use. Plus, it smells lovely!

5. Pantene Gold Series Pudding

Pantene Gold Series is for Afro hair, which usually requires really expensive products. At £7.99, this mask is a great price and it smells amazing. Infused with argon oil, this hair mask prevents damage and makes hair more manageable.

This product is a hair mask, but it’s up to you to decide how often you do a mask on your hair – could be once or twice per week.

6. Denman Dressing Out Brush

You don’t need to spend lots of money on hair brushes! The Denman Dressing Out Brush is prefect for patting down flyaways just before you scoot out the door to see the girls!

7. Hershesons Knot My Problem Brush

Sarah Jossel recommends the Hershesons Knot My Problem Brush, but there are plenty of similar detangling brushes on Amazon, even ones which have a handle! This products is great straight out the shower, especially if you have kids who are scared of the hair brush!

8. COLAB Dreamer Dry Shampoo

Dry shampoo is great for adding volume, but the COLAB Dreamer Dry Shampoo is recommended on This Morning because it doesn’t leave any of that grey residue (although you still need to spray it on from quite far away!)

9. VO5 Hot Oils

If your hair really needs a lot of love, this Hot Oil by VO5 is a perfect pre-treatment for before you shampoo and condition your hair. Just run it under hot water and smooth it in.
