How to Manifest Your Dream Life

Do you want to look back, a year from now, and realise that you have your dream life? One way to get there is to manifest it. What does it mean to manifest something? It basically means to wish something to come true, which often happens for people subconsciously.

There’s no limit to what you can manifest: money, your dream house, some good luck or even a romantic partner!

1. Think about what you want

The first step is thinking about what you want to manifest. Not everyone looks ahead to where they want to be in the future. Think about your life in a year, 5 years and 10 years from now. Where will you live? What will you have? And how will you get there?

2. Write it down

Write down what you manifested and keep that piece of paper safe. You might not get everything that you wrote down, but some things might come into fruition if you work out how you’ll get them.

3. Visualize it happening

This might sound weird at first, because no one really talks about visualizing when they learn how to manifest.  But visualization is key in manifesting what you want. Think about what your life would look like if you manifested that thing into it, then start visualizing that happening every day.

4. Say positive affirmations to yourself every day

Keep yourself positive while you’re waiting for your dreams to come into fruition. Affirmations in the mirror can help you with this.

5. Be grateful for the things you have now, not just for your desired outcome

We’re always manifesting something – whether we know it or not! Your current reality is a manifestation of your past thoughts and actions, so focus on being grateful for all the great things in your life right now instead of dwelling on what’s missing from them.

6. Use a mantra or affirmation to help keep your mind focused on manifesting what you want

Create your own affirmations around what you’re manifesting. That could be ‘I will attract a partner who is worthy of my love’ or ‘I will create my own successful business’. This can help you stay on track and keep in mind what you want from life.
